Leave Katie Hill Alone.
If you have missed the latest “scandal” involving Rep Katie Hill (D-CA25) then you have been given great fortune. Perhaps stay on that path, clear of what is ultimately an overblown distraction to actual proven crimes of the current administration and the seemingly growing list of GOP cohorts.
There will be no details here, other than what is pertinent to this piece. The most vital elements involve leaked private images, a tattoo, and less than conventional life-style choices that may have gone beyond the bounds of professionalism. Yet, in the Age of Trump, what really is professional anymore?
The reality is much of the very same people who are judging Ms. Hill have been been next to praising the very ground walked on by the President. A man who makes Hill look like a nun by comparison:
- Having his lawyer pay off porn stars he was having an affair with while his third wife was pregnant.
- Being accused by at least 25 women for sexual misconduct.
- Bragging about committing sexual assault.
- Endorsing an accused pedophile.
The list could go on and on but each gets a pass by the multitude of Republicans under his spell. We don’t even need to include the actual crimes he could…
