Hey GOP, if the UK Cons ran in USA you’d call them“Far Left”.

This is how extreme right America has become.

Americans who think the recent UK election bodes one way or the other for US politics forget just how different the two countries are. The reality is the Labour Party under Corbyn was to the left of even Bernie Sanders, the Tories being more in line with American Democrats. Even to the left in some ways.

Which governing party has in that same decade preserved a socialized healthcare system that continues to be ranked at the top of the world in terms of efficiency, equity, and healthcare outcomes?
