Everyone Should Watch This YouTube Series On Muhammed (It’s Free)
It may take half a day — and counting as of this writing — but never before has such a detailed critical analysis of the Prophet of Islam been put to video.
Don’t let the channel or even the combative subtitle fool you, this series has been the product of about a year of meticulous research from once-devout Pakistani Muslim Abdullah Gondal. In a collaboration with fellow Ex-Muslim and YouTube personality Abdullah Sameer, this ground-breaking series explores ideas that are relatively new among critical scholars. As critical scholarship in Islam as a whole is still somewhat in its infancy, relative to other Abrahamic faiths, this series is more significant than you might think.
It all started from an online spat with an Islamic Apologist, spurring Gondal into research mode in order to respond when he discovered a treasure trove of information. Much of this, to his knowledge, has never been exposed to the world like this before. Over 400 slides later (and counting, apparently), this omnibus research project is finally here to be viewed by all, Muslims and non-Muslims alike. With details so thorough and well-sourced, you will wonder how nobody has connected all these dots before.
